The balsamic vinegar of Roberto Prandini and his wife Paola is ranked among the top ten balsamics currently produced throughout the Modena area. In 2016 it was rated 9th at the Palio di San Giovanni in Spilamberto - the most important competition in which the producers of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena compete. Their balsamic vinegar stands out for a note of lively acidity which enhances its balance and aromatic softness. This is a small production which results in a limited number of bottles available each year.
The package contains the 100 ml./3.4 US oz. 'Giugiaro' bottle, the cork and glass stopper, the certificate of 9th place award in the Palio di San Giovanni in Spilamberto and recipe booklet.

We're fans of Traditional Balsamic of Modena from a visit several years ago. Prandini 25 is nearly impossible to find. I stumbled on this site and was delighted by what I found. Thank you!!
