The Consorzio Tutela Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena brings together almost all the producers and, since 2009, has had the task - conferred by the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies (MIPAAF) - of protecting and promoting Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena DOP. Periodically, the Consorzio chooses to bottle the balsamic vinegar of one of its members with its own label, guaranteeing its originality and quality.
The package contains the 100 ml./3.4 US oz. 'Giugiaro' bottle, the cork and glass stopper, and recipe booklet.

My husband is of Italian descent, we love visiting Italy every few years. We have visited Modena and Bologna and really enjoy that area of Italy. It has been very difficult to find the traditional balsamic vinegar that we enjoy, but this Tutela 25+ year is very special indeed. I think it is also well priced for the quality of the product. Thank you.
