To create La Collezione della Jole we select and bottle the Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena PDO of one of our producers under our own brand, with the aim of offering a refined and balanced product, suitable for all palates. It is an excellent way to get closer to Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena PDO and prepare you for tasting more structured and complex products.

This balsamic vinegar aged for at least 12 years in barrels of different precious woods is particularly suitable for cooked or raw vegetables, meat or fish and fresh or mature cheeses.

The package contains the 100 ml./3.4 US oz. 'Giugiaro' bottle and the cork and glass stopper.
