To create La Collezione della Jole we select and bottle the Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena PDO of one of our producers under our own brand, with the aim of offering a refined and balanced product, suitable for all palates. It is an excellent way to get closer to Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena PDO and prepare you for tasting more structured and complex products.

This balsamic vinegar is aged at least 25 years in barrels of various precious woods. It is very versatile and, therefore suitable for savory dishes as well as sweet ones.

The package contains the 100 ml./3.4 US oz. 'Giugiaro' bottle and the cork and glass stopper.
